Xiamen XTC New Energy Materials (H.C) LTD.
XTC New Energy Materials (Jinglu) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "XTC JINGLU") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of XTC New Energy Materials (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. It was established on February 28, 2018, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The company is located at No. 78 Changyuan Road, Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone, covering an area of approximately 300 acres.
Strengths
XTC JINGLU is a significant production base for XTC Group's ternary materials, with plans for an industrial project targeting 85,000 tons of lithium-ion battery materials. The total investment for the project is approximately 3.9 billion yuan, primarily catering to the company's development plan in the automotive battery market. As of 2023, 40,000 tons of production capacity have been completed and put into operation, with an additional 45,000 tons of capacity under construction. It is expected to be completed and operational in 2024. Upon full project completion, the estimated annual additional output value is 10 billion yuan.
