XTC New Energy Materials (YAAN) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "XTC YAAN") is a holding subsidiary jointly established by XTC New Energy Materials (Xiamen) Co., Ltd., Yahua Lithium (YAAN) Co., Ltd., and Xiamen Cangya Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership). It was founded on December 29, 2021, with a registered capital of 500 million yuan. The company is located at No. 11 Binhe East Road, Economic Development Zone, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, covering an area of approximately 390 acres.
Strengths
XTC YAAN serves as a crucial production base for XTC Group's lithium iron phosphate materials. The project includes a lithium iron phosphate production facility with an annual capacity of 10,000 tons located in the Yucheng District's "Garden in the Garden." The lithium iron phosphate project under construction is a key project in Sichuan Province, with a planned total annual capacity of 100,000 tons. The first phase, with a capacity of 20,000 tons, has been successfully put into operation, and the second phase, with an additional 20,000 tons, is under construction and expected to commence production in 2024.
