XTC New Energy Materials (Ningde) LTD.
XTC New Energy Materials (Ningde) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “XTC NINGDE”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of XTC New Energy Materials (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. It was established on March 21, 2017, with a registered capital of 1.3 billion yuan. The company is located at No. 27 Industrial Road, Dongqiao Economic Development Zone, Ningde, China (Fujian), covering an area of approximately 240 acres.
Strengths
XTC NINGDE is a key production base for XTC Group's ternary materials, primarily applied in high-end with longer range electric vehicles. The company has completed the construction of a lithium-ion battery cathode materials production line with an annual capacity of 25,000 tons. Simultaneously, a planned project with an annual capacity of 70,000 tons of lithium-ion battery cathode materials is currently under construction. Once the entire project is operational, XTC NINGDE will have an annual production capacity of 95,000 tons of lithium-ion cathode materials.
XTC NINGDE has obtained certifications for various management systems, including quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management. XTC NINGDE has been honored with titles such as "Ecologically Environment-Friendly Enterprise" and "National Green Factory."
